Julia came to Avalon in the spring of 2019, after a seven-year stint at marketing agency Mal Warwick/Donor Digital. There, she honed her direct marketing fundraising skills—winning industry awards and accolades from her clients for the fundraising campaigns she worked on. Prior to Warwick, Julia held a number of marketing, fundraising, and public affairs positions, rounding out her deep experience, all underpinned by her bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
At Avalon, Julia has hit the ground running. Her ability to keep many balls in the air, while making results-based, data-driven decisions enables her to work closely with her team and clients to create successful direct mail and telemarketing campaigns.
Outside of work, Julia and her partner chase after their two small children, and are undertaking a total renovation of their older home outside Washington, DC. Beyond those priorities, she enjoys traveling, treasure hunting at garage and estate sales, and finding time to exercise and cook.
