Joyce joined Avalon in 2021 bringing more than a decade of experience in data analysis and process improvement. Most recently, she used her SQL and PL/SQL proficiencies at Blackbaud where she improved and streamlined production processes for national and international benchmarking projects. Joyce has a keen eye for detail and a talent for identifying opportunities that increase efficiency and data accuracy.
Outside of work, Joyce enjoys baking cookies, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. The most adventurous experience she had was the hot air balloon ride and the bird’s-eye view was unforgettable.
