Catherine joined Avalon in the fall of 2018, fresh from a position as digital fundraising project manager at Bread for the World, where she created and managed all online fundraising campaigns. Prior to Bread, Catherine held several development and communications positions at nonprofits—honing her digital fundraising, communications, and grant-writing skills.
At Avalon, Catherine’s expertise in designing and implementing digital fundraising campaigns helps her clients raise more funds through efforts like Giving Tuesday and email campaigns, and she helps to broaden their reach by helping them increase their presence on multiple social media platforms.
In her spare time, Catherine enjoys international travel, discovering new running loops in DC, and cooking different types of tacos in her apartment’s tiny kitchen. She can also be found planning her next board game night with friends, and in the summer, taking full advantage of DC’s public pools.
