Change is exciting!

Avalon has officially moved our DC offices and we are now located at 805 15th Street, NW, Suite 700, in the historic Southern Building.

The Southern Building has a long and rich history in the District; it was designed in the early 20th century by architectural giant Daniel Burnham, who also designed Washington’s iconic Union Station.

It’s a beautiful space, and one that reflects our corporate culture: a place where Avalon staff can contemplate, collaborate, and develop innovative work that will help our clients achieve new heights. This move is a physical manifestation of the growth and change we’ve experienced as a company, as we continue to work with remarkable clients with amazing missions.

The new space isn’t too far from our old offices, but we’re already discovering new Metro stops and scouting out great lunch spots.
