Best Places to Work for 2017 award, this makes two years in a row that Avalon has been honored for its exceptional company culture.
WBJ created this award to pay tribute to “companies that go beyond the norm to foster an enjoyable and meaningful work environment for their employees.” But what makes this award such a true honor is that it is judged based on the results of an employee survey administered by Quantum Market Research.
The survey asked employees to evaluate their employer companies on the basis of a host of characteristics, including: team effectiveness, trust among co-workers, feeling valued, communications and resources, individual needs, manager effectiveness, employee retention, and trust in leadership, among others.
