Jackie rejoined Avalon recently after serving as Manager of Annual Giving at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, where she focused on acquiring, reinstating, renewing, and upgrading Members and patrons. She also played an active role in initiating Kennedy Center Membership’s mobile and Living Social campaigns – broadening the reach of Membership and garnering 1,200+ new Members via the initial Living Social deal.

Prior to her time at the Kennedy Center, Jackie was an integral part of the Avalon team, managing accounts in three of Avalon’s four core cause areas: Advocacy, Arts & Culture, and Environment & Conservation.

Jackie’s strategic and creative analysis has proven thought provoking and innovative—resulting in reinvigorated and strengthened fundraising programs. For the past several years, Jackie’s creative strategy has resulted in several MAXI-winning campaigns. Her clients include: John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice, and the Center for Biological Diversity.

Jackie’s work on the client side gives her a unique insight into the development of Membership programs and the daily challenges her clients face. This perspective, combined with her former Avalon work and her previous position as a project manager at Production Solutions, enables her to view projects from all three sides – client, consultant, and vendor.

Jackie’s extensive direct mail production background is an indispensable asset to Avalon and all of her clients. Her expert understanding of USPS rules and regulations, commercial printing, estimating, data personalization, and mailshop specifications result in seamless campaign execution and ensure that her clients’ schedules and projects run smoothly and efficiently.  Jackie has created many of Avalon’s internal production tracking systems to streamline campaign execution and ensure quality control.

Outside of work, Jackie is an avid reader and amateur violinist. She is active in the DC arts scene, attending countless theater and music performances throughout the year.
