Margaret comes to Avalon with six years of fundraising management experience and currently supports Avalon's accounts for the League of Women Voters, the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence, the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence, the Million Mom March, and the American Association of University Women. She has previously managed direct mail programs for Common Cause, Legal Momentum (formerly the NOW Legal Defense and Education Fund), the Democratic National Committee, and the Vietnam Veterans of America Foundation Landmine Campaign. In addition to her fundraising expertise, Margaret has a strong background in editing and creative development.
Outside of Avalon, Margaret enjoys jewelry making, modern art and design, and eating locally.
