Whether contracts or state registration, Gay ensures that the Avalon Consulting Group is compliant. Gay also makes sure that Avalon's technology and office operations run smoothly and efficiently - a job requiring flexibility, juggling skills, and more than a little sense of humor.
Outside of Avalon, Gay enjoys traveling, especially when there is a possibility of letterboxing. This activity, which combines hiking, orienteering, and puzzle solving, keeps Gay and her family on the move.
